About our Executive Head Teacher Ms Sarah Bailey- She is an Associate Ofsted Inspector trained to inspect Section 8 schools.
She is a head teacher of a large primary school with a children’s centre and has worked across two schools as an executive for the past two years. She has been a National Leader of Education since 2012 supporting several schools working below floor targets (raising attainment) in primary and in early years settings. Her school is a National Teaching School specialising in the arts (Future Stars TSA), CPD, teacher training, restorative justice techniques and behaviour strategies, early years, innovative ICT and the creative curriculum. She has led on moderation for FS/KS1 and KS2 SATs across different boroughs. Her specialism originally was in inclusion and more recently has been working on targeting Pupil Premium spending for disadvantaged children as a Government initiative as part of the London Gold Club. She is also a Pupil Premium System Leader for a successfully proven track record in boosting disadvantaged pupils’ achievement and closing gaps in attainment. The school has been recognised by the Minister of State for Schools for our excellent performance in 2012, 2013 and 2014 performance tables.
She has QTS, NPQH, MA and a DBS check.
Sarah Bailey sits as Head Teacher representative on the Children’s Health and Wellbeing Partnership Board, The Management Committee of the Virtual School as well as the School Health Oversight Group m. Sarah is also a member of the Primary Heads Consultancy group and the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors.
