How will we measure the progress of your child in school?

The progress of all pupils here at Queensbridge is continually monitored by his/her class teacher. This is done every term and parents will receive reports which will outline achievement in line with national expectations in reading,  writing, maths and science.

Furthermore:

• Children on the SEND register will have an individual education plan which will be reviewed with your involvement, every term and the plan for the next term made.

• The progress of children with a statement of SEND/ EHC Plan is formally reviewed at an Annual Review with all adults involved with the child’s education.

• Through an effective provision map, the SENCO will also check that your child is making good progress within any individual work and in any group that they take part in.

Parents are welcome to make an appointment with the class teacher and the SENCO at a convenient time for them – please phone the office – 02072541186
