Queensbridge uses Arbor Parent App, a confidential online communication system which allows parents to pay school related costs such as trips and provisions.

Queensbridge Primary School uses the Arbor Parent App, a secure online system that allows parents and carers to report absences, changes to pupil records, and make payments for school trips, provision and more.
Please note that we stopped using Scopay in June 2026. All parents and carers should now use Arbor for relevant school services.

The school office will provide you with instructions to access your Arbor account. Please follow the registration instructions in your welcome email to set up your password before logging into the app.
If you have not received your login details or need assistance accessing your account, please contact the school office.

Please ensure that your email address, mobile phone number and other contact details are correct in Arbor so that you receive important school communications and updates.
If your child has siblings attending Queensbridge Primary School, please contact the school office if you need assistance accessing their profiles.
