Design & Technology workshop
Due to the unfortunate closure of our nursery, we now have a vacant building on our premises—an opportunity we are eager to transform into a dynamic, purpose-built Design & Technology centre. This facility will significantly enrich our pupils’ education by providing a dedicated space for extended design, making, and practical projects that traditional classrooms cannot accommodate.
Forest School Area
Queensbridge Primary School is seeking funding to develop a dedicated Forest School area within our limited outdoor grounds in Hackney, East London. As an inner-city school, we face significant space constraints and limited access to natural green areas. Many of our pupils live in flats or homes without gardens, and do not have regular access to safe outdoor environments. Creating an on-site Forest School will provide our children with a vital connection to nature, improve biodiversity in our school environment, and support outdoor learning that is central to our curriculum.
